Monument Group Expands Secondaries Advisory Team with Two New Hires

Boston and London – July 24, 2025 – Monument Group, a leading independent global capital advisory firm, today announced the expansion of its secondaries advisory team with the addition of two new hires: Reeve Ganatra in London and Kyle Nelson in Boston. The hires reflect Monument Group’s continued investment in its secondaries practice, as both GP and LP demand accelerates for innovative and customized liquidity solutions across private markets.

Reeve Ganatra joins Monument Group’s London office as a Senior Associate. Reeve previously held roles at Elm Capital and Tradition Private Markets, where he assisted in the sourcing, management and execution of secondary transactions across LP- and GP-led mandates. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Kyle Nelson joins Monument Group’s Boston office as an Associate. Kyle previously served as an Associate at HarbourVest Partners, where he supported the execution of secondary transactions and contributed to deal coordination, diligence, and syndication efforts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.
