Monument Group Announces Promotion of Chris Webber to Partner
BOSTON – January 26, 2026 – Monument Group, a leading independent global capital advisory firm, is excited to announce the promotion of Chris Webber to Partner.
Based in the firm’s Boston office, Chris has responsibility for investor coverage in the United States, working across primary fundraisings, secondary transactions and advisory services. Since joining Monument Group in 2017, Chris has played an integral role in strengthening the firm’s relationships with institutional investors and supporting clients across a broad range of private markets strategies.

Monument Group also announced several additional promotions across the firm, underscoring the depth of its talent and continued organizational growth. Within the Distribution team, Lars Fonkert, Cate Pfirrman, and Pete Reuter were promoted to Senior Vice President. On the Analytics team, Patrick Coffey was promoted to Vice President and Zach Haim was promoted to Senior Analyst. Within the Secondaries team, Max Polich was promoted to Senior Analyst.
