Monument Group Announces Four Promotions Across Global Offices

BOSTON – January 04, 2023- Monument Group, one of the industry’s leading global placement agents, today announced the promotions of four individuals, effective January 1, 2023. In Boston, Jia He and Chris Webber have been promoted to Director. In London, Kyra Averman has been promoted to Senior Analyst, and in Hong Kong, Keith Zou has been promoted to Senior Vice President.

Kyra Averman joined Monument Group in 2019 and works in the firm’s London office on the analytics team. Prior to Monument Group, Kyra worked in private wealth management at Goldman Sachs and in OTC derivatives at Wellington Management. Kyra received her BS, cum laude, in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Jia He joined Monument Group’s Boston office in 2015 and is a member of the firm’s analytics team. Jia previously worked as a Private Markets Investment Analyst at Meketa Investment Group, where she performed due diligence on private equity funds on a global basis. Jia received her BA, cum laude, from Tufts University, where she studied Quantitative Economics and International Relations.

Chris Webber joined Monument Group’s Boston office in 2017 and has responsibility for investor coverage in the US. Previously, he worked as a Vice President in the US Intermediary Group at Neuberger Berman and as a Vice President at Eaton Vance.  Chris received his BA from Goucher College, where he studied Business Management and Economics.

Keith Zou joined Monument Group’s Hong Kong office in 2018 and is a member of the firm’s analytics team. Prior to Monument Group, Keith worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Mercer, where he focused on Asia private equity funds on behalf of the firm’s fund-of-funds and other mandates. Keith received his BSc in Mathematics with Statistics for Finance from Imperial College London and his MSc in Financial Mathematics from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
