Summary Disclosure Statement

  

     Monument Group, Inc is committed to the continuation if its business during a Significant Business Disruption, whether internal or external, and has adopted a Business Continuity Plan in order to facilitate such continuance.

  

     The Business Continuity Plan, among other aspects, provides for ongoing, regular data back-up of hard-copy and electronic records, provides an alternative office location for employees in the event of a SBD and assesses the continuance of critical systems.

  

     In the event of an internal or external SBD, Monument would continue to serve its clients by utilizing its alternative location, if necessary, by utilizing its data recovery systems, and by communicating with its clients via the most efficient means available after the SBD.

   

     Monument Group has the following SBD recovery time and resumption objectives in the event of an internal SBD or a SBD affecting the location of Monument's sole office: recovery time within 8 hours; and resumption time within one business day.  In the event of a disruption to the Boston financial district, the city of Boston or the regional area, Monument will assess the viability of a recover time of 8 hours and a resumption time of one business day and, if determined to be feasible in the context of the event causing the SBD, will strive to complete recovery and resumption in those time periods.

  

     Monument's Business Continuity Plan is subject to modification. To the extent any modification affects this Summary Disclosure Statement, Monument will modify the Summary Disclosure Statement accordingly. A copy of our Business Continuity Plan is available to our clients upon request by contacting us at (617) 423-4700.
